Delivery Information

Here at Thistlewood we are closely following the UK government’s advice regarding ‘social distancing’ and working from home. The current advice states that ‘online retail is still open and encouraged’.

Our warehouse is still operating and we continue to ship all of our orders with Royal Mail. Up to date information about Royal Mail’s services can be viewed at

We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it. All orders shipped within the UK have a tracking number and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Free Delivery - (Royal Mail 48)

- As Standard Delivery, but is FREE on all orders over £75.00.

Standard Delivery - £4.95 (Royal Mail 48)

- Delivery is within 2-4 business days* from the day you submit your order.

- Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Express Delivery - £6.95 (Royal Mail 24 Tracked)

- Delivery is within 1-2 business days* from the day you submit your order.

- Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

 *We always aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

Next Day Delivery - £12.95 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)

- Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 13:00 (for orders placed by 15:00 Mon-Fri, orders placed Sat-Sun will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday).

- Delivery is Monday to Saturday

We hope that you are happy with any order you receive from us, however if you would like to return your order for a refund, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt, providing that it is in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges.

All returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Return Checklist

Please make sure you respect the following criteria:

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All Items must be in original, resalable condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure you get proof of postage for your returned package. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Thistlewood is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed, or delayed.
